  • Avoid crowds, especially in confined and poorly ventilated spaces;
  • Shop for groceries at off-peak hours, or ask family, friends or volunteers for help with buying and delivering medication, food and other needs;
  • Avoid using public transport during rush hours;
  • Exercise outdoors instead of indoor settings;
  • Rapidly seek medical care by telephone if you experience symptoms compatible with COVID-19.

Get tested : - 

If someone in your home has tested positive for COVID-19, get a COVID-19 PCR test for yourself as soon as possible.

Limit contact :-

  • The person with COVID-19 should separate themselves from others in the home.
  • If possible, the person with COVID-19 should use a separate bedroom and bathroom.
  • Everyone in the household should stay at least 6 feet away from the person with COVID-19 as often as possible.
  • The person with COVID-19 should be quarantined for a minimum of 14 days from the onset of symptoms or positive test.
